QC department is consist of 15 personnel. One QC in chief has rich experience in spa industry over 10 years and the rest QC staff are with such experience over 5 years. They inspect inspect step and each production line according to CE and 5S standards in order to ensure our spa’s quality.

* Materials/Components
It is a must in our company for all incoming materials to be tested first by our QC personnel. We use only the qualified raw material.

* Procedures/testing Details
We inspect raw materials and spare parts strictly. Only the qualified raw material and spare parts will be adopted. For each step of the production process: our experienced QC members inspect each step and each production line according to CE and 5S standards. Assembling and packing: We keep the appearance smooth and clear. We test the spas with filled water over 4 hours to ensure every function of spa works fine. Before delivery: QC and sales department will randomly inspect the products.
